Wholesale price of broiler declines

Despite excessive supply, chicken lovers continue to pay high prices for the broiler and eggs. While the retail market has recorded an increase in broiler rates between Rs 110 and Rs 112 from Rs 100 to 105 that prevailed till Dussehra, in the wholesale market, prices have reduced from Rs 48 to Rs 35 now.
