Rainfall: Rain/snow has occurred at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh. Weather was dry in the rest of the region.

Temperature: The minimum temperatures changed little. They were markedly above normal in east Rajasthan, appreciably above normal in west Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest minimum temperature in the plains was 10C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).
