Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperature: The minimum temperatures fell in east Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere. They were markedly above normal in east Rajasthan, appreciably above normal in west Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Haryana and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest minimum temperature in the plains was 8.4C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 14: Weather will be dry over the region.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: Mainly dry weather over the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 14: Shallow fog in the morning. Mist/haze during day. The minimum temperature will be around 14C.

Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi valid until the morning of November 14: Sky will be clear.

Outlook for the subsequent two days: Dry weather.
