So the New Year is round the corner and so is the time for New Year resolutions (NYRs). Do NYRs work? Well, sort of`85. Research suggests that the long-term success rate of NYRs is only about 15-20 per cent. Put another way, 80-85 per cent are not able to keep their resolutions over a one-to-two-year period.
