A 22-year-old married woman allegedly hanged herself to death at her residence in Mauli Jagran Complex, here this afternoon. The police said reason behind the death was yet to be ascertained.

Man threatened, beaten up

The police registered a case on the complaint of Ayodhya Parshad of Grain Market, Sector 26, alleging that Vinod Kumar of the same market, beaten and threatened him on January 10. He was injured and admitted in GMCH, Sector 32. A case has been registered at the Sector 26 police station.
