The function began with shabad “Deh Shiva Var Mohe”. College principal Dr Karmjit Kaur Virdi welcomed the chief guest and presented the annual report of the college highlighting the achievements of the students in academics, sports and co-curricular activities.

NGO formed to fight drug addiction

Disgruntled over the inconsequential role of the state government to curb drug addiction among the youth in Punjab, chemists of Ludhiana along with the local youth have formed an NGO ‘Pehl for social reforms’. The NGO members today discussed the possibility of announcing an ‘independent candidate’.
