Quack menace: No will to act

The district health department expressed its helplessness to carry out checks and raids on quacks on the pretext of no clear guidelines from the government, which was contradictory to the statement given by the Punjab Medical Council (PMC) and the legal cell of the Indian Medical Association (IMA).
