SC rejects PIL against J-K�s special status

The Supreme Court today refused to entertain a PIL questioning the validity of Article 370 of the Constitution under which Jammu and Kashmir enjoys a special autonomous status.
Gandhi assassination files safe, says Rajnath

The Centre today informed Parliament that none of the 11,100 files destroyed by the Union Home Ministry recently related to the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi, emphasising that 52 files and 67 exhibits pertaining to it are in the safe custody of National Archives.
