Australia tightening their grip on the Test

Coming back to the match, Australia have extended their lead beyond 350 after the first session on Day 4 as they resumed their innings on 123/4. India got the prized scalp of Marnus Labuschagne (41) early in the day as Umesh Yadav got him out caught at first slip. However, following his dismissal Cameron Green (25) and Alex Carey added 43 runs for the sixth wicket to get their lead beyond 350.

Australia finished the first session of Day 4 at 201/6 leading by 374 runs with Alex Carey 41* and Mitchell Starc 11* at the crease. India will have an uphill task of chasing a target above 400 runs to avoid losing their second consecutive WTC final.
