A 15-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped in a moving car by two youths at Model Town here on Friday night.

The Class-11 student was found in an unconscious condition and admitted to a private hospital.

On the girl’s complaint, a case was registered against the two under Sections 365 (kidnapping) and 376-D (gang-rape) of the IPC and Section 6 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

The victim reportedly went to her tuition class at around 5 pm on Friday but did not return home till late. As the family were looking for her, they got the information that she was lying near DAV Park at Model Town in an unconscious condition. People gathered there and sounded the police.

The girl regained consciousness in hospital around midnight following which the police recorded her statement.

According to police, one of the youths known to her had called her near DAV Park. The victim reached there, where four youths were having liquor in a car to celebrate the birthday of one of the youths. They made her sit in the car and forced her to take liquor following which she fainted. They started moving the car on the Model Town road.

Later, two youths left the place while Ashish and Vishu took her to the Delhi Parallel Canal side road. They allegedly raped the girl in the moving car. After committing the crime, the accused left the girl near the park where her Scooty was parked.
