2 hockey academy lads in state team

Two players of Baba Uttam Singh National Hockey Academy, Khadoor Sahib, have been selected in the state team. The selected players will participate in the senior national hockey championship to be held in Jhansi (UP) from January 23 to February 2. The players are Gursharanpreet Singh and Gautam Kumar. Sandeep Singh, director of the Khadoor Sahib Academy, said, Pargat Singh, general secretary of the state hockey gave this information to the academy. Academy’s coach Balwinder Singh has been appointed manager of the team. The Khadoor Sahib Academy is working under the chairmanship of renowned environmentalist Baba Sewa Singh, head, Kar Sewa sect, Khadoor Sahib.
