‘Adopt healthy lifestyle to reduce stress’
Amritsar, November 15
The suicide by a student of Guru Nanak Dev University has brought to the fore alarming rise in number of such cases among youngsters in the city.
In the past too, youngsters had committed suicides due to multiple reasons, including examination stress and personal reasons.
Dr Sonia Kapur, psychologist at the centre, said, “One must maintain a healthy lifestyle with positive outlook towards life. These days minds of students are pre-occupied by personal relationships and other issues.” She also stressed to work towards being emotionally independent and healthy lifestyle to ensure good mental health. — TNS
