Bhai Tara Singh’s 300th martyrdom anniversary on March 14, says SGPC

The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) announced to observe the 300th martyrdom anniversary of Bhai Tara Singh on March 14 at Tarn Taran's Wan village. The decision was taken by the SGPC's Dharam Prachar Committee which met under Dhami here on Friday. He also decided to accelerate the Dharam Prachar Lehar by launching a special campaign in April.

Meanwhile, a US-based Sikh family donated a truck to Guru Ramdas Langar Hall inside the Golden Temple complex here on Friday.

Balwant Singh, along with his family, donated a Swaraj Mazda truck to the Guru Ghar for bringing efficiency in langar sewa. He handed over the keys of the truck to SGPC president Harjinder Singh Dhami.
