AMRITSAR: The Art Gallery hosted an exhibition of photographs by Chandigarh-based artist Abhishek Sharma in collaboration with Punjab Lalit Kala Academy, Chandigarh.

The Art Gallery hosted an exhibition of photographs by Chandigarh-based artist Abhishek Sharma in collaboration with Punjab Lalit Kala Academy, Chandigarh. Sharma, who is a budding shutterbug, has studied art from New York and has displayed his work in videography, digital photography at various solo exhibitions.

Sharing his views on abstract photography, Sharma says that his work on using paper as a muse has been appreciated quite well. "This is the first time I am exhibiting in Amritsar. The work I do is presenting concepts that go beyond the usual perception." The exhibition was inaugurated by RMS Chhina, president of IAFA and Arkadu Ostrovs, Russia-based economist was the special guest.
