Civil Surgeon inspects Ajnala Civil Hospital

In order to better health services for the general public, Civil Surgeon Dr Kirandeep Kaur conducted a surprise inspection at Sub-divisional Civil Hospital at Ajnala near here on Tuesday.

During the inspection, she visited OPDs, in-patient wards, X-Ray room, Labour Room, Blood Bank, Laboratory and other facilities. She also checked the stock of medicines and the operation theatre.

She inquired about medical services from patients and asked the hospital authorities to resolve issues faced by patients.

The Civil Surgeon reprimanded the health employees who came late and they were asked to submit their replies in writing. She also instructed the staff and doctors to make all the medicines available in the hospital.
