Neha Jenny, a proficient English lecturer at The Indian Heritage School, firmly believes that education is not only essential in present times but will remain indispensable in the future as well. She emphasised that education is the true force that nurtures self-reliance in children and guides them towards a purposeful and progressive life. Udaan Skills Foundation is a reflection of her vision and determination to extend educational opportunities to children unable to afford them.

In this social endeavour, Neha Jenny receives unwavering support from her institution, The Indian Heritage School. In addition, she is continuously encouraged by the Foundation's associate members: Mohinder Pal, Pawan, Satnam and Amit, along with friends and parents, whose collective support strengthens the mission.

"The aim was to promote awareness about education and mobilising resources. Udaan Skills Foundation has organised book fairs, special classes and coaching for English proficiency for the children. We make books available at highly affordable prices, thereby encouraging a culture of reading among people from all walks of life and not just the kids," said Jenny. "I believe that these kids, some of whom work as helpers and daily wagers, must be given an opportunity to change their lives through education. Udaan is an attempt to highlight the transformative power of education,” she said.
