The panel discussion featured Jai Madaan, Amritsar FLO chairperson Mona Singh and Consultant Dermatologist and Aesthetic Specialist Dr Jasleen. They spoke about emotional alignment, intuitive clarity and the subtle energy patterns that influence a person's day-to-day life.

Madaan's standalone session was a highlight of the evening. She guided members to recognise energetic imbalances, understanding why certain moments feel unsettled and identifying small corrective actions that support balance. Her insights drew on ancient wisdom delivered in a modern, relatable manner, leaving the audience reflective and deeply engaged.

“As most people today say 'one should clear the vibe test', vibes are nothing but energies. Through these energies, our physical and spiritual connections get streamed and one should work on them if one seeks to achieve balance in life,” she said during her interaction.

Madaan spoke about how she developed an early interest in spiritual connection, guidance and practice. "Now, as a life coach and wellness guide, she combines her knowledge of astrology and physical well-being to mentor her clients towards finding balance," she said.

Meanwhile, the FLO, Amritsar, also advanced its rural initiative with the distribution of 15 bicycles to school-going girls from underserved communities.

The initiative is supported by Mukul Madhav Foundation and Finolex. It aims to help these girls by facilitating their daily commute to school, and promote independence and elevate access to education, said Ritu Chhabria, national initiative head for Mukul Madhav Foundation.
