TARN TARAN: Four persons of Gali Bhagtanwala in Amritsar have been booked for allegedly abducting a 13-year-old boy at gunpoint and forcing him to work as a bonded labourer for over a month.

Four persons of Gali Bhagtanwala in Amritsar have been booked for allegedly abducting a 13-year-old boy at gunpoint and forcing him to work as a bonded labourer for over a month. The boy’s father, Yusaf Singh, a resident of Gehri village, said the boy was still with them.

Yusaf said the boy was abducted on August 12. “They also threatened to kill my wife Jasvir Kaur in case she told about it to anyone,” he alleged. — OC
