GNDU to offer more courses

AMRITSAR: Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) will offer five more courses under Directorate of Open and Distance Learning (ODL) from session 2019.

Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) will offer five more courses under Directorate of Open and Distance Learning (ODL) from session 2019. The university is also planning to introduce job-oriented courses in the session.

The university shall be offering new courses, besides the existing ones. The university shall be offering master of commerce (M.Com), a post graduate diploma in business management, diploma in computer application, post graduate diploma in food and nutrition, post graduate diploma in sports psychology.

Currently, the Directorate of Open and Distance Learning offer MBA, B.Com, MAin Punjabi, English among others. The centre last year had registered 182 students. “We received a great response last year. There is no age limit for these courses. There is a proper provision in terms of faculty to facilitate our students under the centre,” said Dean Academic Affairs, GNDU, Kamaljit Singh.
