Rajya Sabha Member Dr Vikramjit Singh Sahney and Kultar Singh Sandhwan, Speaker, Punjab Assembly, today inaugurated the newly restored Heritage Street leading to Golden Temple.

This marks the completion of an extensive two-year heritage restoration project undertaken by Dr Sahney from his MPLAD funds.

Dr Sahney informed that the cost of this project is Rs 3 crore. Four golf carts have been provided for the commute of elderly and people with disabilities. A new speaker network relays live Gurbani/Kirtan from the Golden Temple. Sandhwan said the Heritage Street now looks beautiful, clean and spiritually uplifting.
