Iran’s ‘intensified war’ threat amidst US-Iran tensions; invites SGPC to Khamenei’s mourning ceremony

Ziyaeenia arrived at Golden Temple to invite SGPC president Harjinder Singh Dhami to a mourning ceremony for Ayatullah Sayyid Ali Hussaini Khamenei’s Shahdat (martyrdom) at Iran’s New Delhi Culture House on April 12.
He stated that Iran suffered economic and human losses in a war “not of their choice”, but Iranians didn’t bow to the enemy. Tehran may allow safe vessel transit through the Strait of Hormuz; such decisions are the Iranian government’s prerogative, he added.

The invite, handed to SGPC officials, cites the “sad occasion of the fortieth day after Khamenei’s Shahdat” and is issued by Ayatullah Sayyid Mujtaba Husaini Khamenei’s representative in India.
