AMRITSAR: The traffic police organised a road march in continuance with the observance of police martyrs memorial week.

The traffic police organised a road march in continuance with the observance of police martyrs memorial week. The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Amrik Singh Pawar, flagged off the march from Novelty Chowk. After passing through different bazaars, it culminated at the point of initiation. Besides NCC cadets, students of Police DAV Public School and DAV Public School participated in the march.

The participants were holding banners and paid floral tributes to the police martyrs. The city police have been observing police martyrs memorial week to pay tributes to the cops, who laid down their lives in the line of duty.
