Amritsar, April 15

Mayor Karamjit Singh Rintu conducted inspection at night shelter home being operated by the Municipal Corporation for the residents of other cities who are not able to leave city due to nationwide lockdown. Mayor asked the persons, who are staying at shelter home, about the facilities being provided by administration.

Karmajit Singh Rintu stated that they were satisfied with the facilities being offered. The people told that every basic facility is being provided and MC is taking care of them. “There is an undisrupted supply of food and medicine every day, for which they thanked Mayor. Rintu assured the people that they will not face any difficulty as employees of MC and administration are working hard for them.
