Pargat Nath assumes charge as chairman of Ram Tirath Shrine Advisory Board

Jogi Pargat Nath on Friday took charge as Chairman of the Bhagwan Valmiki Ji Tirth Sthal (Ram Tirath) Shrine Advisory Board. Before assuming office, he paid obeisance at the holy shrine and sought the blessings of Bhagwan Valmiki Ji for the welfare of all.

The ceremony was attended by several dignitaries, including Punjab Cabinet Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO, Delhi MLA Ajay Dutt, MLAs Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal, Dr Jasbir Singh Sandhu, Jeevan Jyot Kaur, Dalbir Singh Tong, Balkar Singh, and Inderjit Kaur Mann. Also present were Deputy Commissioner Dalwinderjit Singh, Police Commissioner Gurpreet Singh Bhullar, SSP (Rural) Sohail Mir Qasim, and other officials.

In his address, Chairman Pargat Nath thanked Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and the Punjab Government for the trust placed in him. He pledged to serve with dedication and honesty, ensuring improved facilities and services for devotees. He also highlighted plans for the shrine’s beautification and development.
