The police have arrested two drug peddlers, identified as Surjit Kaur, a resident of Sarhal Kalan village, and Ram Pal, a resident of Khotrra Road in Phagwara. They were caught with 1 kg of puppy husk and 20 intoxicating injections, respectively, on Sunday night.
SP Mandip Singh said 1 kg of puppy husk was recovered from Surjit Kaur while 20 intoxicating injections were recovered from Ram Pal. A case has been registered, he added.
