Tarn Taran: Sohawa students impress at district-level science seminar

Students of the Guru Gobind Singh Convent School (GGSCS), Sohawa, brought laurels to the institution by showcasing their talent and academic excellence at the district-level Science and Commerce Seminar held at Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College, Sarhali.

The seminar featured various academic and cultural competitions, including a declamation contest and a rangoli competition, that saw participation from several reputed schools. In the declamation competition, Ravneet Kaur (Class X) of GGSCS secured second position with her clarity of thought and eloquent speech. The rangoli competition saw Sandeep Kaur (Class IX) win third place by showcasing her creativity.

Mandeep Kaur and Inderpreet Kaur appreciated the students’ commitment and contribution to the school’s effort. Baba Hakam Singh and school vice-principal congratulated the winners and appreciated the efforts made by students and teachers. The students were honored by the school managing committee.
