Vibrant function marks colourful farewell at Majha College

A farewell party for students of Semester VI was organised at the local Majha College for Women on Saturday. Students of BA, BCom, BBA and BSc (Semester IV) organised the event with great respect for their seniors.

Under the leadership of Principal Dr Harminder Kaur, a vibrant cultural programme was presented on the occasion. Students showcased their talent through bhangra, giddha, music and poetry performances.

Various artistic and intellectual competitions were also organised for the VI semester students, including titles such as Miss Farewell, Best Dressed, Best Performer, Best Catwalk and Miss Confident. The winning students were awarded medals and mementos.

Principal Dr Harminder Kaur shared her views with the students and wished the outgoing batch a bright future. She also encouraged them to work hard and succeed in their examinations.
