3 Punjab Police officers promoted to DGP rank

CHANDIGARH: Punjab on Wednesday promoted three police officers to the rank of DGP. These are Prabodh Kumar, Rohit Choudhary and Iqbal Preet Singh Sahota.

Punjab on Wednesday promoted three police officers to the rank of DGP.

These are Prabodh Kumar, Rohit Choudhary and Iqbal Preet Singh Sahota.

Kumar is currently Director, Bureau of Police Investigation; Choudhary heads the Jails department while Sahota heads the Government Railways Police, Punjab.

The officers will continue working on the same posts.
