Prof (Dr) Santosh Kumar, a senior urologist at the PGIMER, has been awarded the Chandigarh Ratan Award-2019, at a function here today.
He has a strong track record of treating advance and complicated urology cases such as prostate cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer stones and reconstructiive surgery.
He is working at the PGIMER for the past 27 years. He has done more than 15,000 surgeries and published more than 150 publications in national and international journal of repute.
He has presented more than 50 papers in international and more than 100 papers in national conferences. — TNS
