Cong OBC convener gets warm reception

Rewari, July 19

Abhimanyu Rao, convener, OBC department of the Congress, was accorded a floral reception by party workers on reaching his native Saharanvaas village in the district on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion, he called upon the party workers to expose ‘misdeeds’ of the BJP government.

Rao was recently made in charge of Rajasthan, Punjab and Chandigarh for monitoring the work of the OBC department, including interaction with all sections of the OBCs and launching of political movement for polarisation of OBC votes in favour of the Congress.

THE TRIBUNE is free, objective, and independent. Restraint and moderation, rather than agitational language, are the hallmarks of the paper.

The Tribune has two sister publications, Punjabi Tribune (in Punjabi) and Dainik Tribune (in Hindi).
