Seven students from JK Lakshmipat University (JKLU) Jaipur, have been selected to pursue the next semester of their undergraduate programme at IIT Gandhinagar. JKLU is providing the students an opportunity to spend a semester and take unique courses IIT offers, against their academic credits at JKLU. Prof Sanjay Goel, Director Institute of Engineering and Technology, JKLU,  mentioned, “I am sure that this exposure will be a great experience for them all and more students will benefit from this model in future. Their success in this semester is very crucial for the future students. We all congratulate and wish these students a great success at IIT Gandhinagar and beyond”.  — TNS


All India Essay Contest On Nuclear Science & Technology 2019

Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India is inviting enthusiastic science students to submit their entries for this essay competition and stand a chance to get cash awards and national level recognition. The essay aims to highlight scientific developments and achievements in the field of nuclear technology, through the talents of students.

Eligibility: Any student who is pursuing a full-time Undergraduate (UG) program in any discipline at any recognised institution in India may apply for this contest.

Prizes & Rewards: Winning entries of the contest will get cash awards from INR 15,000 to INR 25,000 each. Consolation prizes of INR 7,000 will also be awarded to worthy entries. Students will also get AC Train fare and accommodation benefits for attending the Oral Representation/Felicitation at BARC, Mumbai.
