BSNL holds second TAC meeting

CHANDIGARH: The second meeting of Telephone Advisory Committee of Chandigarh Telephone District of BSNL was convened under the chairmanship of JS Sahota, General Manager, BSNL, Chandigarh.

The second meeting of Telephone Advisory Committee of Chandigarh Telephone District of BSNL was convened under the chairmanship of JS Sahota, General Manager, BSNL, Chandigarh. He briefed regarding achievements, latest schemes of broadband, 3G and new services. He emphasised on the National Optical Fiber Network governed by Government of India for connecting all Gram Panchayats in India.

Member of Parliament Kirron Kher also addressed the meeting and gave her suggestions for betterment of BSNL in the current competitive scenario and said BSNL should work hard. She further advised for early completion of Wi-Fi hot spots work in Chandigarh under Digital India Programme.
