Newborn needs financial help at CMC

Johny, a nine month-old boy with hospital unit No. C-7735045 admitted in Christian Medical College (CMC) and Hospital, Ludhiana, under the Department of Pediatric Surgery, on April 11, with diagnosis of liver cancer (hepatoblastoma) needs financial help.

The child belongs to a weaker section. His father is a daily wager and earns less than Rs 5,000. The child needs treatment in the form of chemotherapy and surgery and the approximate expenditure for which shall be four to five lakhs and needs financial assistance. Donations can be made by multi city cheques or by bank drafts payable to the Christian Medical College and Hospital, Ludhiana Society.
