Chandigarh, June 30
The Chandigarh Badminton Association will organise the North Zone Junior Badminton Tournament at the Panjab University badminton hall from July 6 to 10.
Top junior players from Chandigarh, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan and Delhi will compete in the six-day event in different categories — U-11, U-13, U-15 and U-17 — for a total prize purse of Rs 2 lakh, the organisers said here today.
The interested players are advised to confirm their entries before 6 pm on July 2, the organisers said.
Forms can be downloaded from the Chandigarh Badminton Association's website — www.chandigarhbadmintonassociation.com — or can be obtained from the Panjab University Badminton Hall, they added.
