Official suspended after complaint on CM Window

Taking cognisance of a complaint on CM Window, directions have been issued to suspend Sandeep Yadav, Project Officer, New and Renewable Energy Department, Mahendragarh.

In another complaint, directions have been issued to chargesheet SK Bagoria, Joint Director, Animal Husbandry Department, under Rule 7.

Rakesh Gupta, Project Director, Chief Minister Good Governance Associates, was presiding over a meeting with nodal officers in connection with the CM Window on Tuesday.

A complaint with the New and Renewable Energy Department was raised regarding subsidy given on solar water heater wrongly benefiting the installer company. Taking cognisance, Gupta ordered suspension of Yadav.

A complaint was received under the Animal Husbandry Department, in which the contractor had submitted fake documents to get tender for JCB machine for his acquaintance. Taking cognisance, directions were issued to chargesheet Bagoria.

A complaint regarding illegal occupation of Forest Department land in Sohna tehsil of Gurugram district was taken up. The department said it would vacate and take possession of the land in three days.

A complaint was received under the Environment Department, in which a private builder of Sonepat had been accused of polluting the environment. Directions were issued to take action against the builder.
