UP man dies in Mandi mishap

A man was killed and another injured when the SUV they were travelling in fell into a gorge near Jhatingri at Padhar, Mandi, on Sunday evening.

The deceased was identified as Santosh Kumar and the injured as Rajesh Taneja, both residents of Ghaziabad in UP. The police said Santosh was driving the SUV and lost control of the vehicle. The injured was rushed to the Zonal Hospital in Mandi, where his condition is said to be stable. A case has been registered. — TNS
