Three Class X students from Doraha and Sahnewal have made it to the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) merit list.
Amitoj Singh of Shri Guru Harkrishan Public School has topped in Doraha by getting 620 marks out of 650 and ranked 19th in the PSEB’s merit list. Amitoj’s father Binwant Singh and mother Guriqbal Kaur were on cloud nine as they came to know about their son’s achievement.
They said that their son worked hard to make his mark in the PSEB merit list and his dream has been realised. Principal Jaspreet Kaur said that Amitoj has the capacity to attain new heights.
Similarly, Gurjot Kaur of Dashmesh Model Senior Secondary School secured 618 marks out of 650 and has been placed at 21st rank in the merit list. Principal Kamaljeet Kaur said that Gurjot has done herself, school and her parents proud.
Gursimran Kaur of Shakti Model Senior Secondary School Sahnewal scored 614 marks out of 650 and has placed ar 25th position in merit list. Principal Manwinder Singh said that Gursimran’s hard work and devotion has yielded great results.
