City-based Gursheesh Singh (23), and Sahil Kapil (23), would be among 48-member contigent which would take part in the biggest event for skill excellence globally, “World Skills International Competition 2019” in Kazan, Russia from August 22 to 27. Over 1,500 competitors from 60 countries would compete in 55 skill competitions.

Gursheesh, who passed out from Chandigarh College of Engineering and Technology, would be contesting for IT SSB skill.  Sahil, who studies Fine Arts at Government College of Arts, Chandigarh, would be competing in painting and decorating. — TNS
