Muktsar: Residents and the panchayat of Khirkianwala village here have come forward to help those stranded anywhere in the state due to floods. They said they would offer free stay and food to those in need. Khushwinder Singh, a resident of the village, said: “We will be able to accommodate 40-50 families.
