Students take ill after gas leak

About a dozen students of Single Star School were admitted to a hospital after they complained of of mild headache and started vomiting this morning. The incident happened due to the “leakage of some gas” outside the building.

The students were later discharged from the hospital but this is the second time it has happened this week.

Rakesh Kumar, Principal, Single Star School, said, “We have declared a holiday tomorrow and will conduct an inquiry to determine the source of the gas.”

Mansa DSP Rupinder Bhardwaj said, “We, along with a team of doctors, will conduct an inquiry.” — TNS
