CHANDIGARH:Local squash player Sehar Nayar bagged her fourth consecutive title of the month by winning the 6th Bengal Open Junior Squash Championship.

Chandigarh, July 28

Local squash player Sehar Nayar bagged her fourth consecutive title of the month by winning the 6th Bengal Open Junior Squash Championship.

In the final, the 10-year-old beat Vyomika Khandelwal of Pune 11-7 11-5 11-6 to win the title. Earlier, in the semifinals, Sehar stunned top seed Chaavi Saran of Rajasthan 11-8 11-4 11-7. A student of Vivek High School, Sector 38, and a trainee of the Chandigarh Club, Sehar had earlier won the All India Goregaon Squash Championship in Mumbai and All India Summer Classic Championship in Noida. She had also won the Chandigarh State Squash Championship. —TNS
