NCR-based developer Satya Group will be coming up with a premium residential project in Sector 99 A, Gurgaon, just off Dwarka Expressway. Spread over 10 acres of secured gated complex, the new project will have seven towers comprising 4 BHK penthouses with splash pool and 3-4 BHK luxurious apartments. The project will house an exclusive community of only around 450 families. The seven high-rise towers will have only four apartments on each floor. Sizes of the apartments will range from 1965 sq. ft to the king size 2555 sq. ft. According to the company spokesperson world renowned firm ARCOP will be looking after the architectural management of the project.
The project comes with a home loan facility wherein the buyers will be able to get finance at 6.99 per cent on Convenience Linked Plan (CLP) of payment.

The Prestige Group recently announced the launch of its high-rise premium residential project — the Prestige Ivy League — near Kondpur in Hyderabad. The project will have 349 two, three and four BHK apartments in three towers. The towers would be in a G+24 floors format. The 2 BHK units size will be between 1,327 and 1,355 sq ft, the 3 BHKs would be 1,738- 2,051 sq ft and the 4 BHKs would range from 3,031-3,494 sq ft with a base price of around Rs 5,950 per sq ft.

Luxury villa project rolled out in Chail
The new project will have 16 luxury villas in Ground plus 2 format, facing a massive valley, terraced fields, reserved forest, and snow capped mountains. Giving information about the ownership aspect — a major concern while buying a property in Himachal Pradesh, Ranjit Kapur, the promoter of the project said, “ The ownership of the villas will vest legally and solely with the buyer. We have all the clearances and approvals in accordance with the law”. Each villa on 250 sq yard land will have a covered area of 2,500 sq ft and will have all modern amenities like 24X7 electricity and clean and abundant drinking water, exclusive and common parking, garbage collection centre, sewerage treatment plant, rain water harvesting, etc.
The owners can also strike a commercial deal with the promoter for upkeep/maintenance of villas and for further leasing out for commercial gain during the period you are not occupying the villa.
