Sandeep Gilhotra (70), a leading business entrepreneur and landlord, passed away in the early hours of Friday following a brief illness. He was the father-in-law of AAP state president and Punjab Cabinet Minister Aman Arora, and father of Karan Gilhotra, co-chairman of the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Punjab.

Gilhotra had been admitted to AIIMS Bathinda five days ago for treatment of

a stomach ailment.

His cremation will take place at 3 pm in Fazilka.
