Muktsar, November 27

The family of a 30-year-old man Waheguru Singh of Thandewala village, who had gone missing under mysterious circumstances on August 24, is running from pillar to post to trace him.

Kashmir Singh, father of Waheguru, and Poonam Rani, his wife, alleged that the police were not taking action, despite their repeated requests. “We have named three suspects, but the police are not acting against them. Waheguru left house on the night of August 24 and did not return thereafter.

Muktsar (Sadar) police station SHO said: “A missing report was lodged immediately and suspected persons were questioned. However, we have got no clue about Waheguru Singh. We are making efforts to trace him.”
