Bathinda MP Harsimrat Kaur Badal today faced the ire of farmers as they gehraoed her convoy at Burj Rathi village in Mansa district. The protest was led by BKU (Ekta-Dakonda). Harsimrat had come to the village to express her condolences at two houses. Protesters alleged Akali leaders held poll-related meetings in the houses on the pretext of offering condolence to the affected families. — TNS
