BATHINDA: The three-day 58th Indian Dental Association Punjab State Dental Conference and Cricket Tournament concluded in Bathinda.

The three-day 58th Indian Dental Association Punjab State Dental Conference and Cricket Tournament concluded in Bathinda.

Dr BD Puri, secretary, IDA Bathinda branch, and Dr Vineet Bansal, organising secretary of the cricket tournament, said seven cricket teams of IDA Punjab — Patiala, Bathinda, Hoshiarpur, Gurdaspur, Mohali, Jalandhar and Ferozepur participated in the tournament.

IDA Patiala emerged winner and IDA Gurdaspur emerged runners-up in this tournament.

Dr Rajiv Sharma, president, stated that the cricket tournament was organised at COPS Club, Teshwar Sports Academy (TSA) and Adesh University cricket ground.

Along with this tournament, a family get-together dinner of IDA Bathinda branch was also organised at TSA.

Chief guest Dr Diwakar Garg and guest of honour Dr Jatinder Singh from Adesh Dental College inaugurated the tournament.

IDA Punjab state secretary Dr Sachin Dev Mehta and Dr Sandeep Arora, coordinator, state IDA, were present on the occasion.
