Bathinda, May 15
Finance Minister Manpreet Badal on Wednesday said after seeing the response the Congress was getting in the state, they were sure the party would accomplish its ‘Mission 13’ in the state.
He said it would be possible because of work done by the Congress government under Capt Amarinder Singh. The Finance Minister said they had managed to break down the supply chain of drugs peddlers in the state.
“As promised in two phases, we have waived loans of farmers in the state. The SAD-BJP does not have any issue to seek votes from people in these elections. They are facing public ire over sacrilege incidents across the state.”
Manpreet accompanied by AICC national spokesperson from Mumbai Charanjit Singh Sapra held public meetings in the city.
He said the manifesto of the Congress had been prepared after taking lots of inputs from experts. — TNS
