Tiny tots of Daddy’s Teddy Playway School celebrated Republic Day with great enthusiasm here on Saturday. To mark the day, a poem competition was organised at the occasion. Students dressed up in tri-colour costumes and principal Ritu Raonta told the students about the history of Republic Day. Students gave dance performances on various patriotic songs.
Saint Kabir School
Students and faculty members celebrated Republic Day with patriotic fervour at Saint Kabir Convent Senior Secondary School on Saturday. The students took pride in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity and brotherhood. The school echoed with patriotic songs as children danced to the tunes of patriotic songs, enacted skits, sang patriotic songs and were dressed up in tri-coloured costumes to mark the occasion. School managing director ML Arora addressed the students and highlighted the significance of the day. On the occasion vice-principal Kulwant Kaur among other faculty members was also present.
Little Kingdom School
Students and faculty members of Little Kingdom Nursery School celebrated Republic Day in the school campus on Saturday. The patriotic fervour warmed up the cold winter morning as the children, teachers and the staff enthusiastically gathered for the celebration. The school was beautifully decorated with tricolour balloons and the white board and the notice board carried quotes related to Republic Day. Students handprints were used for decorating the class boards and the cultural aspects of India were showcased with craft ideas.
