Angela Rebello wins Platinum 'Best Female Emcee' Award at WeddingSutra Influencer Awards 2021

Weddings in India are an extravagant affair as they depict elegance in every sense. To honour the tremendous contribution of creative professionals, India’s leading wedding media brand WeddingSutra announced the winners of the WeddingSutra Influencer Awards 2021 (Wedding Services & Bridal Beauty Categories). The awards night was held at Taj Lands End in Mumbai on November 9 with an array of creative professionals winning big at the event.

One of India’s prominent emcees, Angela Rebello bagged Platinum for the category ‘Best Female Emcee/Master of Ceremony for Weddings. It is known that Angela has often left her audience entertained throughout different events. Be it on-ground events or virtual events, the anchor has left her stamp at every event hosted by her. Her spontaneity, wit, humour and energetic persona is what makes her the most trusted and adored host in the country. Rebello’s stage presence and impeccable communication skills have seen her host more than 600 weddings in India and across borders. 

Being on stage is what Angela is truly passionate about, and her work ethos speaks volumes about the same. Raising the bar of India’s wedding scenario, she has hosted the best of weddings including low-ley events, royal weddings, destination weddings or international weddings. She has also hosted Dulha Dulhan destination, a popular show covering big fat Indian Weddings on Zee Tv. As Angela adds another feather in her coveted cap, she is glad to be honoured as the Best Female Emcee for Weddings. Not only does Angela leave the crowd rooting for her, but she has always made wedding events a remarkable memory in the bride and groom’s life.

 

After winning this prestigious award, Angela said, “I cannot express my joy. All I have is gratitude towards my family, the fraternity and my audience who have motivated me throughout my journey. Awards and recognitions have helped in pushing the envelope as they always remind me to work harder and be the best.” Moreover, Angela stated that she has embraced creativity and has put her best effort into highlighting how weddings are celebrated in the country.

So far, she has hosted numerous events including summits, conclaves, brand events, launches and sports events. Angela Rebello has till date hosted more than 1600 shows with having explored more than 50 countries of the world. On the professional side, the emcee has a busy schedule with a lineup of events to host till the end of December.
