Hapur: A commendable initiative in the field of social service has emerged in the district, where the Aspire Group was honoured for its significant contribution to cow welfare. Minister of State for Vocational Education, Skill Development, and Entrepreneurship (Independent Charge), Kapil Dev Agarwal, presented a certificate of appreciation to the group in recognition of their efforts. The initiative was launched following an appeal by District Magistrate Kavita Meena, who urged citizens, social organizations, and voluntary groups to come forward and support the care of 3,597 stray cattle currently housed in various shelters across the district. The administration initiated a campaign to ensure adequate arrangements of fodder, water, and proper care for these animals during the summer season, while also seeking public participation to strengthen the effort.
